Target
Target Corp. has been our long-term partner who has been investing in the lives of the underprivileged children in the areas of education and nutrition.
We are grateful for the many volunteers who have taken time off from their busy schedules to provide our students and teachers with soft skills training.
From painting our compound walls and the area where our children have their lunch to arranging sports and health camps, classroom activities, donating cycles and teachers training program, they have been supportive through these years.
Training and career counseling for 9th and 10th standard students provided by Target volunteers have benefited our students to understand the vast opportunities after their schooling.
Our students have this opportunity to participate in the inter Ngo sports conducted by Target every year that brings excitement and motivates our students to participate and win prizes.
Marnix Gymnasium
The Netherlands based team of 14 students volunteered for a very special session for YuvaLok Students with their presence.
This group of boys and girls and two teachers spent 10 days in February 2020 sharing their learning with our students.
They conducted activities on Art & Craft, Sports, Dance & Music involving students.
The experiences and exposure of such co-curricular activities benefit our students impacting the learning of each child. We are grateful to the Principal, teachers and Management of Marnix for the vision they have not only for their own people but also for the world.
Bangalore International School
A school united for the cause has been associated with YuvaLok Foundation. A team of Bangalore International School’s students have interacted and trained children of YuvaLok School in Dance and Music. Our students were also given a chance to perform in a concert held at Bangalore International School.
Bethesda Assembly
We are grateful to Ms. Eleena and Ms. Anita of Bethesda, Bangalore for volunteering their valuable services in our school. Their volunteers devoted their time to provide the special training sessions on leadership development to our students.
